About Me
My interest in pelvic floor health is personal as well as professional.
Following three long labours, I experienced ongoing pelvic floor symptoms that affected my daily life. Over more than a decade, I explored a wide range of options, including pelvic floor exercises and other supportive approaches. While these measures were helpful to a degree, I did not experience the level of improvement I was hoping for.
It was only after being introduced to EMSella® pelvic floor chair treatment that I noticed a significant improvement in my pelvic floor strength and awareness. This experience motivated me to train as an EMSella® practitioner so I could offer the same technology to others who may be struggling with similar concerns.
I understand how sensitive and frustrating pelvic floor symptoms can be, and I am committed to providing a professional, discreet, and supportive service. Every client begins with a consultation to ensure EMSella® is appropriate for them and to set realistic, individual expectations.

What Is EMSella®? (Pelvic Floor Chair Treatment) ▾▴
EMSella® is a non-invasive medical device developed by BTL Aesthetics. It works by delivering focused electromagnetic energy to the pelvic floor muscles, causing thousands of supramaximal muscle contractions in a single session.
These contractions support neuromuscular re-education and strengthening of the pelvic floor - often achieving more intensive activation than voluntary pelvic floor exercises alone.
Sessions are performed while seated comfortably on the EMSella® chair, with no need to undress.
What Can EMSella® Support? ▾▴
EMSella® is intended to support pelvic floor muscle strengthening:
- Stress urinary incontinence (bladder leakage when coughing, laughing, or exercising)
- Urge incontinence and symptoms of overactive bladder
- Weak pelvic floor muscles after pregnancy or childbirth
- Age-related pelvic floor weakness
- Pelvic floor weakness following prostate surgery (men)
- Reduced pelvic muscle awareness and core stability
EMSella® treatment is suitable for both women and men.
Outcomes vary between individuals. EMSella® does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions and is not a substitute for medical care.
